Our workshops are aimed at expanding the human potential and consciousness as part of the journey of Self-Discovery, the movement toward wholeness and the
process of Individuation described by C G Jung.
There is much we do know about ourselves, but there is always more that we do not know, on a rational thinking level, and the workshops are designed
to help explore that 'unconscious' material. With the expansion of consciousness comes a greater degree of awareness or mindfulness and thus our ability to function
in the world effectively, also grows.
Ancient myths carry over into our time, the archetypal image tells its own story.
Winds blow, the stone creates an eddy, patterns follow, so as we journey through life we influence and are influenced by those around us.
